Devin earned his bachelor's degree from Purdue University and a Master’s in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He’s passionate about connecting strategy to service, and his leadership reflects a grounded, people-centered approach to every challenge.

Outside the office, Devin enjoys spending time with his wife, Anne Lee, playing music, hiking, and relaxing with their two dogs. Whether he's exploring a new trail or jamming on the drums, he brings the same curiosity and energy to life that he brings to every client project.
